What sizes are available?

The available sizes range from 0 to 24 months of age and are as follows:

  • 9-12 months
  • 12-18 months
  • 18-24 months

Do I need to wash clothes before my baby wears them?

All clothes are washed and ready for use. However, if you want, you should wash your clothes with products and detergents specific to baby clothes, before use.

What payment methods are accepted by Clobies?

We accept payments by credit card, debit card, electronic payments and MB WAY, ensuring safe and practical transactions.

I bought a piece that has damage, what should I do?

If you notice a defect or problem with one of the pieces you purchased, you must, within 24 hours of receiving your order, send us a photo identifying the damage and your order number to info@clobies.com with the subject Damage order piece x .

Submissions

After confirmation of payment for the order, it will be sent to the address indicated by the consumer for that purpose, and shipping will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days after confirmation of payment. Orders will be sent by courier. The website is not responsible for any delays in the transport service, which are the sole fault of the latter.

Returns

Contact us at info@clobies.com indicating that you wish to make the return and indicate the reason.

Returns are accepted if the item is in the condition in which it was sent.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

How do I start renting the Essential Pack?

How much? How do payments work?

The value of the Essential Pack (30 pieces) is €45 per month. Payments are monthly. The amount will be charged monthly to the card you insert into our payment platform - Stripe .

What is included in a pack?

Each pack includes 30 pieces of clothing, according to the baby's stage and season, and with the options selected by the customer (size, style and indication of preferences).

In the description of our packs you can see what types of parts we include in a pack.

The packs are built according to the parts we have in stock.

How long can I keep a pack?

The rental of the Essential Pack is on average 3 months, however you can return the pack sooner if the clothes no longer fit. The Essential Pack has a minimum rental period of 1 month.

Can I choose the type of clothes that come in the pack?

The packs are pre-defined in terms of quantity and types of pieces to ensure an adequate and diverse selection of clothes for each baby's stage.

However, we build each pack according to your choices, and respecting the preferences you indicate to us.

Can't I choose piece by piece?

At the moment we are unable to offer you this possibility, however, by choosing your style and indicating your preferences we can make a set tailored to your needs. And don't worry, before we send the pack, we'll send you a photo of the set so you can make changes :)

How can I identify Clobies clothes?

All Clobies clothes are identified with their own labels to facilitate identification.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your user account.

How should I take care of clothes?

We recommend basic washing and storage care to maintain the quality of your clothes.

What happens if you stain or damage an item of clothing?

We do not charge damages.

What happens if you lose an item of clothing?

In case of loss, a fee of €2 is applied for each piece not returned.

How do I return my pack?

Returning is simple, just indicate via WhatsApp that you want to return the pack and we will place the order with the carrier, then:
1) You receive an email to confirm the return request;
2) Place the clothes in a tightly closed box and, after confirming the return request, you will receive a second email with instructions on how to proceed.
Returns have no additional costs.
